Why is 1 chocolate chip cookie ( Pillsbury) 130 calories.......x 6😋😋😋 not all at once. I went over my RDI twice this week. Not by much , but not my normal. Still kept a deficit throughout the week. Worth it🙌 🍪 were gooey. Kids and I made 3.5 dozen Saturday and yesterday. So much fun. Today we will make the chocolate 🍒 cordial cookies 🍪 👩🏻‍🍳 Got good and bad sleep last night. Slept like 10 hours, but lots of pain in my shoulders and hips and elbows. I’m in health care and a terrible patient 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don’t care to be taking Gabapentin 3 times a day let alone up to 1800 mg. So I stopped it all together 3 days ago. I should start it again and maybe do it 2 times a day. I just feel fluffy since the prednisone and upping the Gabapentin. ( not on prednisone anymore) ok done over thinking meds 🧐😂 got to get my coffee ☕️ in with my chocolate protein, tumeric and get on with my day. Hubby and I are going to have to lock ourselves in our room to wrap presents. Turned the lights on the Christmas 🎄 and trying to feel festive again.
