I hate chest...but I ❤️ back. It ends up being a 60/40 or 70/30 split. And I don't care.

It’s funny hearing what days people love/hate in the gym. I happen to love chest exercises, back is ok, but I despise legs!!! But I do work them hard! How does it feel to be back after your two day break?

I was thinking I never have 2 days off in a row so I looked at my little calendar and I had 2 days off in a row last month- and October... I think the difference is that I usually skip the gym when I have a ton of other stuff to do so I am really busy- unlike this time when I just sat in one spot and watched TV. Anyhow- Super sore. My legs are killing me. :P I hate legs, too but also work them hard- but I hate chest even more. I think people tend to like the body part they think is the best on them. IDK if that's true but maybe?
