Not gonna lie- it has killed me to get there the last 2 days but it's been good once I arrive. Just gotta push through until I love it again... hopefully soon. LOL Thanks, Peeper. Have a good day.

Quads and Hams today for me too. I going to suggest to PF management that they provide wheel chair services on leg day. 🤣🤣🤣

Definitely give you mad props for your dedication, DP! I’ve got my own struggles with committing to fitness and weight lifting, but I’m always glad I did it once I do. Working out at home just isn’t the same. Like literally, I don’t have a home gym. It’s definitely hard this time of year to get me-time in. I’m looking to you for strength and inspiration 🙌🏼
