Christmas Challenge workout ✅💪 today: 35 donkey kicks bilaterally, 25 side leg lifts bilaterally, a 1 min 15 second plank, and 7 minutes only on stair climber today so far because my legs and hiney and the abs I don’t have were screaming and weak😂 but I did add an extra 10 donkey kicks and upped my plank time💪🤗🤗 maybe more stair climber later, for now back to the 📚 and laundry 😕💜💚
94.0 kg Lost so far: 26.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I could not do any of what you did! None of it! My exercise is walking and with the hills, that is hard enough for me. Very impressive!

I love walking and we have lots of hills in our neighborhood. I used to walk a lot but depends on weather and my asthma. These moves don’t bother my neck or back. The side planks were a struggle so I didn’t apply them this challenge because of my shoulders. I just got my stair climber about 3 months ago. It’s ugly😂😂😂 so 1980’s with it yellow, red and orange stripes 🤣 I stretch out and I think the plank helps my back. I actually stopped doing my 5lb kettle bells months ago because of my shoulders and my fingers, wrists and elbows with my RA. I like to find the things I can do🙂😌

I really like this challenge 😊 actually it all started with the Planksgiving challenge and I heard about it at work but it was on FB. I don’t do FB. Ashley did it with me🤗🤗💜 then we wanted to keep going so she picked these and we kept the planks but I do stairclimber instead of side planks. Now I got my friends at work doing it!!🙌🙌💪💜💚 and 2 more jumped on board😊
