Week 19 happy with a 1lb loss. Seem to be stuck on a plateau. I think a rethink on the strategy of 4 small meals and go back to 3 meals a day and no eating after 7pm. Onwards and downwards
126.3 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 35.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
