Had a busy day and did OMAD yesterday and also ate less. Weight came off. Carbs were also low so I may have lost some water weight. Ran yesterday. Good thing. This morning there is snow. Plan is teriyaki chicken legs and cauliflower mash and will do some home exercises at some point. Happy Tuesday everyone.
50.3 kg Lost so far: 34.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Fritzy!!! Here in Canada we had Thanksgiving in October so no big family days till Christmas. Hope you are having a great week as well.

Forgot you were in Canada! Do you do what we do in the U.S. - basically eat from Thanksgiving through New Year's? I think the average American gains 10 pounds during the holidays. If I really work on it, I find it easier to not gain as much now that I am retired. When I was working we had potlucks, and holiday lunches and everyone (including me) would bring in cookies, pies, etc starting right after Halloween.

@Aurora2019 and @Kissangelgirl and @HardDaysKnight Thanks!! Fritzy, no I do not think we have an extended party but it does get festive around now here as well with a lot of food and celebrations even with out having Thanksgiving so it is often a time where dieting gets abandoned.

Patrick, OMAD, means one meal a day. Mine is a rather dragged out affair. I try not to have these too often. sorry about the chicken mention... LOL

Wow your still dropping. Were you able to keep high calories while losing or did you rotate high low days ? I tend to rotate by how I feel and hunger. Great work! Stay warm , I love snow but it's 62 today ❄ ⛄

Hi Jen. You changed your pic! I like it. I kept calories pretty low when I did the strict keto losing around 1300 to 1400. I do not count calories just measured them. I go by appetite and time restriction. But I started to try to eat more when I got close to goal in June and have gradually made may way close to 2000 it looks like
