FullaBella's Journal, 21 Nov 19

Another decent night of ‘chemically enhanced’ sleep. Another unexpected albeit welcomed drop in weight. Even my own scale was questioning me. That’s okay because I question the scale right back. I mean, I believe the weight (I believe! I believe!) but I need to review my settings if it thinks I’m at goal. Sigh, technology. Then again, I am at goal. My goal is to do things to improve my health. The weight is a peripheral measurement. Play me off, Johnny.

Thank you Chris. I was expecting the 'but wait, there's more!' But you managed to slide that gym membership in right there in the nick of time.

You know.. it's possible I could be the ultimate gym rat if I had enough sleep on a routine basis instead of spending most days like I'm recovering from a hangover.

Well, you know I love you buddy. ❤️ 🧡 I even searched for an emoji so if that isn't proof I don't know what is.

And I always joke that I wish I drank even a fraction of what I claim to drink. I may have one fancy cocktail a month, if that.

You are doing great - a good night's sleep is the best :)

Rosio, Keyten and Princess - thank you all. Good info Key - I have to admit things have been a more active since adding the magnesium to my nightly cocktail as well. Between the 'booch & 'mag I'm entertaining to sit near with the constant gurgling sounds generating from my abdomen. I sound like a percolator. I'm waiting to see if that eraser I ate in kindergarten appears.

Nike - thank you. It really is, isn't it? I would love to have about 365 of these in a row.

I'm so happy for that lovely, down drifting weight you have going! Maybe things will really come together for you with feeling more rested. ❤️ 🤗 That slipping turtle 🐢 is gaining traction! 😁

Keyten’s baby Scooby was what helped me cross that line from 130s to 120s. I used to have to work very hard to maintain under 130. All the pieces of the fat loss puzzles are coming together for you. 💕💕💕

What Key - the mag? Mel - thank you. From your mouth to heaven's ears. I'll confess, I have had trouble sleeping for so long (most of my life) that when I do wake, I feel disoriented. Like.. where was I? What happened? Did I miss anything?

Thank you Liv. Yes, I have a weight goal and it's funny because it's WAY over the normal but it's a good weight for me. But in between the numbers, I have to be happy and healthy. Thank you.

Bella, I used to have sleeping issues (I live under incoming flight path for one) and I splurged on a "Lectro-fan" white noise machine. I've had other sound machines and they had loops which is not good if you tend to be obsessive about noises and other things. This thing is amazing - you can tune it to high or low frequency or wind noises. It neutralizes almost everything, including the neighbor's kid when she went through the random shrieking phase last year. I still stay up too late, but I never ever wake up on my own unless it's a biological event. Totally worth the money and they show up on Woot fairly often for about 1/2 price. There's another brand called Dohm people like as well.
