Happy Wednesday. A little bit unusual for me to record a low (112.8) twice in a row. I usually see weight go up after a dip. But not this time.
51.2 kg Lost so far: 33.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks guys. It was the same today but I am very sure one of these days the scale will say 116 for no reason I can really think of. It seems to be the pattern
