Back in the groove after a busy weekend. Gained a pound today, but was needed due to the loss at the recent Saturday Race.

HIIT @ the gym with a 40 minute non-stop program: :25 to :35 sec per exercise , 3x

• Assault Bike 8 Cals, 20x Glide Mountain Climbers
• Jacob Ladder 60m, 5 Sky Jumps
• Ski ERG 8 Cals, 4x lateral jumps
• FM pulls 5/side, 40x plate flutters

Conditioning: 3x
• 8x MB slam
• Weighted sir-ups, 10x per side
• Planks :30 secs

Good Sweat 😓 650 Cals!!
75.5 kg Lost so far: 12.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
