Beggars cannot be choosers when it comes to weather. 30 is mild for the Canadian prairie.

You are on top of things so the ups and downs are expected. 30 is mild? I'd be on the couch with my heated throw (with 2 or 3 cats wanting to share the warm blanket) and a cup of hot tea!

@Liv: I understand; I grew up 60 miles south of the Canadian boarder -- it was plenty cold and 30F was considered a heat wave by us kids as we played football on the school grounds, sweated in our heavy coats, throwing them on the ground. Good times.

Yeah we are very used to it. Some people run around in shorts when it just gets to around 50. It can get serious cold here sometimes. I am a bit weirded out by my eating. I eat time restricted (IF) and carb restricted but I do not restrict food amounts (or calories as some people think of food). My body must be needing these amounts right now as the weight keeps being 116 and the calories are around 2200 on average. Somehow the body uses it all but is not making fat.

Canadian prairie Moufette123? I don't think that it would be Alberta. Moufette we might just live close to one another! I love your transformation Liv! You seem to have been doing everything well because you are also able to eat the amount that I would think a normal person should eat.

I should have google it first! I was in Alberta and I seem to remember hills travelling to BC, I also went through Banff, Lake Louise. But you're correct! The mountains are more to the west of the province and they do have a lot of prairie! We are close!
