Nice Sunshine ☀️ weather today. It wasn’t too cold as we headed to the gym!!

Still recovering from the RDLs from Monday. I should have stayed with the 50lbs DBs vs. the 60’s. Trying to keep up with the 40 year old partner!! OUCH 🤕

CHEST Day: 60% to Max, 4 Rounds
• Chest Press 8x
• Bulgarian Split Squats 12/each leg
• FM Cable Rows, 12x
• Repeat

Conditioning: 3 Rounds
• 10x Wall Ball Squats
• 5x Renegade DB
• 10x KB Swings

Finish: 50 push-ups & Sit-ups
