Not sure how I lost the pound, but most likely due to the limited Proteins from yesterday. We had a busy Saturday morning, leaving San Diego early & making our way back home.

On Friday, we Meet up with my Sister & her husband at the Airport as they were on their way for a 16-day cruise 🚢 . Of course, their five (5) different luggages barely fit in the car!! 😎😎😂😂.


Gym participation was a Kick Ass yesterday: Hybrid & a little bit more 🥵

Buy in: Roll Dice 🎲 prior to each Exercise:
1. Hill Run 🏃 250m
2. 20 Burpees
3. Farmers Carry KB
4. Mailbox Run
5. Lunges 200 m, Run back
6. 200x Jump Rope

Exercise - 6 minutes each, I go/you go:
• Sled Push w/weight 25m, Bear Crawl back
• Tire Flip 2-4-6-4-2, DB PRESS 5x
• 8x Chin-ups, 20x RB rows
• 12x Wall Ball Squats, 8x Floor Chest Press

• Group Touch Planks, 3 Rounds (Fun!!)

Cals- 850!!
75.3 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
