PS. I was scanning you diary for a Brazilian Steakhouse meal... Was wondering what that looks like for protein, calories n sodium... my top 3 current focus points.

Didn't get it done yet. Will go back to the last time I visited and will copy that meal as a start!

Mom of Isabella, I did the calculations and came up with about 3200 calories. I did not do dessert this time.
