Odd. I didn't want to lose again since I felt weak yesterday. I ate a whole 16 oz of cake on top of the pizza we had. 4500 calories. I did help my brother move furniture before I went to the gym. Maybe that was it lol

I just remembered I went for a jog yesterday, depleted glycogen. Whew, I was truly dumbfounded at this loss for a moment.
