Loving the new plan. Finally, the same weight as this time last year, before my failed year-long experiment with adding calories in an attempt to ramp up my metabolism.
98.9 kg Lost so far: 48.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I know the feeling. I tried to bulk up this summer and gained some fat and a little muscle. Nice drop, we got this!!!
