Didn't do anything yesterday except eat, sleep, and watch TV. Even though I ate pretty much whatever I wanted, I recorded everything and stayed pretty close to my Calories RDI. Feeling a little more optimistic about today, though I've not started out with the best food choices. I wish I could even REMEMBER what it was like to have total productive and disciplined days!
90.3 kg Lost so far: 27.2 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
