A little cold 😱this morning in SoCal, 39 degrees....already started to burn the calories!! Maybe need to switch to Jeans, not...I love ❤️ my shorts!!

HIIT Workout & had to throw on some Boxing 🥊 . Good variety makes you attend!!

• Rowing
• Bench Hop Over
• Plank Push-ups, Plate OH Flutter

Program “B”
• Boxing Jabs
• Wall Ball each side
• Air Runners
• Bench Jumps, Planks
