Period... to ruin what should have been another loss. On the bright side- I'm usually up 2-3 pounds from it and this is negligible. So still a win- kinda?

A yin-win. 🤣😂 I ❤️ you today...so I'll hate you tomorrow. Thanks everyone. Unfortunately I'm at this conference gone from home 12.5 hours today. Trying to walk around the hotel during breaks but unlikely I'll hit the gym. 😢 calories low though so there's that.

It sucks. I'm trying not to be distracting standing in the back of the room but can't sit any longer and drive 4 hours round trip. 🙁
