Definitely was full last night prior to Dinner, so decided to go with Fiber ingredients, salad, corn 🌽 & a few ounces of chicken 🐔. Only 700 calories and it did help me stay away from my “sugar” need....See’s Lollipop!!

Gym was packed this morning, but the extra noise pushed us all!! Nice 700 👊 Calorie Burn!!

Deadlift Time: 60% to MAX with Speed
• 3x DL - 8 sets

Supersets-2 Routines, 3 sets each
• 10x BB Pendlay Row
• 15x DB Chest Press

• 15x Inverted Pull-ups
• 15x Rouge Dips

Burnout: 100 push-ups
• Regular
• Close
• Wide
• Hardest of three (decided to do Diamond)

Time to find some Food!!

Funny with that sugar. It easily leads to a slippery slope. Tempting to say it's 'just a little bit' and forget about the lasting after effect. You mention corn, which reminds me of what pork farmers found. Corn and Soy allow the farmer to to get fat pigs on less feed. This due to that these two mess up the thyroid function. Amazed with your workouts. Sit as a long term goal for me.

Thx, the lollipop process (licking) keeps me awake as we watch some shows later in the evening!! 😂😂. The corn 🌽 is my buddy, especially first thing the next morning, if you know what I mean 💩!!

Have to admit I have not seen pigs doing 100 push ups +++ in the morning. 😜 Certainly doesn't seem relevant to you. It's just a 'fun fact' Rare to see a guy being on top of things like you are. Enjoy seeing this.

Yeah, no, corn won't fatten anyone up unless you eat in a surplus. Corn is just cheap which is why it is used as feed.

Keep in mind we eat a different ‘breed’ of corn than animals do too. Don’t tell hubby I said breed because I can’t remember the correct term lol. As a farmer he’d have my hide! 😜
