Ate 2300+ yesterday. Continued to lift. Lots of protein. Nothing changed except eating more. Hope it continues. 👍🏼💪🏼

Well- not to rain on my parade- my mother cluckin' girl stuff came 5 days early so- tomorrow will probably be ruined. Don't think I've ever lost in that "state". The older I get, the more wonky and stupid it becomes.
