Yesterday was my first day trying to get back on track. For the first time in months, I drank 48-oz of water, and I made good choices for all three meals and recorded everything I ate. I still had my tapioca pudding, but I made a start, at least.
91.9 kg Lost so far: 25.6 kg.    Still to go: 23.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good for you! By the way, I'm around, thank you for your message. I'm just not tracking my food or weight, since I went down too low. When my husband got out of the hospital I crashed. He's slowing getting better, and so am I. He almost died. I promised to write about it, and will one of these days.
