Mega whoosh today. Went from 227 to 223. Flushed a lot of water yesterday and did OK with it today, too. Paid off (although it made restroom trips a frequent occurence).
101.2 kg Lost so far: 46.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
