have felt pretty much like crap last few days and for 2 days, perfect cal intake, yesterday probably more potato salad than I needed (along with salty fatty chicken). Super fatigue, temp (not big but ending up in bed for hours. No exercise x 3 days.
Now that sucks. Feel like at least a senior nap already. yeesh
