September progress- minimal at best. Loss of only 2 pounds- should be 5. All food is counted and estimated high. Only some exercise is calculated and estimated low because I don't think it can be accurate- but at least should give a pattern/trend. Went to the gym 21 out of 30 days which is not great. Usually only miss 4 days a month- this time I missed 9. Must've had a bigger impact than I thought it would. Measurements not great. Every body part up 1/4" except lost 2 inches from hips and 1/2" from bicep. ? Not sure of the accuracy this month. That seems strange. Goal for November 1st was supposed to be 185, but I'm making it 183 because I'm irritated with not meeting October goal... Figure that one out. No NSV this month that I know of. The wedding dress has been fitting since August or July so that doesn't count. Other goals for October include eating more food and less shit. I cannot eat like my husband. He moves way more. I need to eat normal food and cook more instead of grabbing a slice of pizza and donut because I am not prepared for the day. I lose weight easier when my calories come from healthier stuff so you all can argue about it back and forth how a calorie is a calorie- I don't give af. Already Thursday- this week has flown by. Gotta get the trash out- Thursday is trash day.

I'm sure you're due for a woosh. I was stuck for almost the entire month and then dropped 3 days in a row at the end.

My favourite phrase here: gotta get that trash 🗑 agreed. Also works with people. Keep going 💪

September I only lost one pound. I don’t care. My goal was to fit into all my clothes. Hi had one pants left that I live and always kept. Two days ago they fit!! Body recomp it is!!! The scale is a slave master and I’m sick of it.

I enjoy your bluntness and 21 days IMHO is pretty stinkin' good. What does Amercrombie and Finch ( or Fitch) have to with calories? Or does af stand for Air Force?

Yeah, weight loss is weird, I've been kind of stuck for 2 weeks. Even if you get the calorie deficit in right, it's not meaning weight loss like it "technically should" every time. Diablo is right that you might have a woosh coming, which will be a nice and pleasant surprise for you.

Love your posts. Just keep swinging and eventually you’ll connect and knock down that weight. Remember that regardless of what the scale says, you’re healthier every day where it matters most - on the inside.

Weight loss has got to be the most frustrating thing ever, especially since you KNOW you are doing better than you did before you started this journey! I am trying smaller meals throughout the day but my biggest loses are when I skip dinner. I just want to lose 3-5 lbs a week. 😂 Is that too much to ask?

DP, I also do better when the food is healthier. Some bodies are just that way. You've got October.

You are making progress learning what works for you. YOU! Cheering you on, Princess! Your trips to the gym would be utterly inspiring if you were not comparing to what you did last month. Life, dear! Life as a mom, employee, mother, friend... Hang tight! You are a blessing!

I think my stall is due to lack of water consumption. Good luck figuring it out!

Just keep chipping, the sculpture will be revealed. Better food is like better tools.

You are still moving forward towards your goal, so you've got that. No fluff talk, I know you don't care for that, but I will encourage you,👍 compliment you 😍 and remind you that our bodies are capable of doing amazing things that men's bodies can't. 👶😊

👍 velvetee. You’re on the right track. My weightloss was stagnant. Keyten ushered me back into the kitchen and the fat is coming off nicely. You don’t need to go keto like me, cooking at home torches calories and controls them too❣️

Sometimes it pauses for no good reason. And you have lost so much in previous months so it may just be a pause kind of a month. Cheering for a whoosh!!!!
