End of September update:

First full pre-maintenance month for me. I did not change much. Just working on upping foods and all macros. I did fairly well here. I am 117.2 and 3.5 lb lighter at the end of the month. One of my friends said it looked like I have been working out a lot. I have not changed anything for workout but I think I can see and feel some small changes. Maybe that is one benefit of eating more. Measurements show I am still losing a bit of stomach (maybe actually back and love-handles) and thigh fat. Slowly getting somewhere. Plan for next month is to continue eating more and measure.

That's awesome! Way to go! I wish I had thought to measure my neck. I also start at the top and go all the way down from bust to ankle. Lol. Your measurements give me goals to strive for. 😉

I still cannot get over the 33 inch hips! Is that a size 1? Great job at maintaining! I always seem to sabotage myself 5-10 pounds BEFORE I reach my goal for some reason. Hoping to break that trend if I ever get close to goal.

Thanks guys. Support here as fs is great. I like measuring. Must more stable way to see progress. I used clothing the first part of my journey and did not step on the scale for months. Helped me from getting too worked up about the day to day fluctuations. The last pair of pants I bought @Fritzy 22 was size 2. My legs are the obstacle to smaller pant sizes right now, not my hips. My daughter inherited my body shape and have always been angry about not being able to find pants that fit good. LOL

I really should start measuring 😊 I measured my waistline a few days ago at work and it was a huge difference from when I did a few years ago🤦🏻‍♀️😂 but it would be nice to track the changes 💚
