Got down to 221.6 after several days of an average of 850 calorie OMAD to catch up from my indulgent New York City trip last weekend. Off to Ohio on Saturday and will probably have to do some additional adjusting after that!
100.5 kg Lost so far: 46.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Thanks, everyone! Yes, one meal at 850. But that’s just this week to catch up. My daily average for the month is 1525.
