Got a nice 222.4 after a day of fasting and a happy hour consisting of five whiskeys. Ate some chicken and a premier protein drink when I got home.
100.9 kg Lost so far: 46.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

It was effective but make sure you don't have to drive! I did eat some chicken and a premier protein when I got home!
