I’ve been eating the same kind of foods day after day. Protein+salad+roasted veggies, drinking the same coffee and now kombucha. My exercises changed a little so if I’m sore like I’ll be tomorrow, it will go up a little. You will get the hang of it! I’m excite to see you cross the 130 lb mark! I get as excited watching friends cross into the 1## lb.
