Had a good weekend with trip and family get togethers. I am happy with scale number which is up one pound since last weigh in on Friday. I am still in the blue and back to normal schedule.
53.4 kg Lost so far: 30.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi there liv001. I finally got to your journal. You have the Keto way of eating down pat. You've accomplished your weight goal and it's not a diet but a change of diet for life. That's exactly my goal. I don't want to go down the open heart surgery road again. I lost 60 lbs in 4-5 months I believe. It was in the mid 1990's. I worked up to a high calorie exercise routine every day. I did not let any fat touch my lips. I are everything that has the lable, "FAT FREE" I stayed in this diet and exercise. A all the way into the cardiologists office. Had a stent out in to open up a 99% blocked artery... I kept doing what I was supposed to do. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.and lean meat only. 4 years later I'm having a double bypass. This occurred with only 9% body fat.

Yeah it is interesting how the saturated fat causes hearth failure idea came about and how much evidence we now have that there is not a clear correlation there. But a lot of good research is happening so I think we will get a more balanced "truth" out there.
