I have another increase too. But this time it’s food! Friends of ours invited us over to their house last night for an Indian food feast. WOW!! So delicious and so good and so tastey and so painful! 😑 Not sure if it was some new spice or what but I was awake all night with gut rot. My Lord! Thought I was gonna die!! I didn’t eat a lot but I ate late which I never do. We eat no later than 6 at home, last night it was 8:30!! Not something I could do regularly. 🥴 Feel like I’ll be recuperating all day. 😒

Same wifey! Daughters birthday. Fasted until dinner. Kept it together well and calories in check but eating that much that late causes a temporary, albeit insignificant, increase in the scale. Definitely overdue for a drop though!

Yoyo, LOL great friends, and great food but it had an ill effect this time. I think it was just too late, got home and showered and went to bed by 11:30. Too late. Heavy food. Not a mix I enjoy. I’ll be fine but boy! Won’t be doing that again for a while.
