Wow. Did not see this coming. Down to 223.8 after a 4000 calorie dinner on Saturday followed by a 1000 calorie Sunday and fasting until dinner on Monday.
101.5 kg Lost so far: 45.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Thanks! Still amazed. But when you think about it, protein just gets used to rebuild bones and stuff and doesn’t get used as energy. And I ate a lot of protein at the steakhouse!

great job! fiber turns into glucose--> into the brain --> into the wee energy packets in cells called mitochondria --> more energy for them, more energy for you, more think power to the brain and great for the GI system! Fiber in veggies/fruits is low density calories with big benefits. ;)
