Lucky 🍀 Friday the 13th!! Let’s hope it’s as lucky as it does sound????

Started to add the Cals & control the maintenance process. The active/intense BearDown & P4L programs are absorbing the Cals , but adding the hunger times 🥘.


Today’s program were high sets,low reps.

• BB Squats 55% of MAX 2x (8 Rounds)
• BB Chest Press 55% of MAX 2x (9x)

Finish:
• Sled Pull/Push MAX
• Farmers Carry 100m
• OH Plate Carry 100m
• 3x
• Assault Bike 10 minutes

Burned 500 Cals!! & still burning 🥵

Keeps us focused....they stress form & this helps eliminate injury!! We also have fun, so this motivates and pushes us to attend on a regular basis.
