I tend to gain the majority of times the day after after a good workout. Then drop a day or so later. I admit that I often eat more on workout days. Please share your pattern of gain and loss effected by weight training. I don't expect your experience to be the same as mine...

I lift heavy 6-7 days a week so not sure, lol. Also, my macros vary so much besides protein. My diet is almost never the same so it could be food taking longer to digest, more sodium one day, or more carbs so my glycogen stores are more full.

The fluctuations don't matter to me anymore since if my calories and protein are on point, progress comes inevitably.

Bulk or cut? If a cut then great job!! If a bulk then aww man, you’ll gain it back soon! See how I covered the bases there? Lol.

Lol, I'm cutting and will be until I hit a plateau or have chiseled abs.

Yep, that's way different than what I'm doing. I go to the gym a couple of days a week. On my off days I do enough of something to hit my calorie out goal. I'm trying to cut fat now. I increased my calorie intake this summer and made some gains. I'm certain that not all of it is fat. I'll have to wait and see the results once I get my body fat back in my desired range. I quit being concerned about day to day fluctuations a while ago and I like to focus on trends. There are so many variables, that I'm thrilled by a little improvement...
