bbq breast of chicken with sweet baby ray's... So much so that I couldn't have dessert, well, whatever. Being sick for a day, I couldn't eat a lot. But somehow I managed, I mean someone had to right? Winks
didn't exercise nada yesterday. Slept a lot. But hope it's over with asap I don't like bugs that affect my meals.. oh ya and exercise too.
today, honey crisp apple and part of a slightly overripe pear. Thus far. Dinner is leftover chicken. Looking forward to it...
0.5 pounds and I will break another barrier...
Looking back at first month, didn't surprise me I lost 12 pounds. 10 pounds is always water weight. 2 pounds, probably due to decreased cals, cessation of junk food calorie-dense without substance.
