Not my weigh in day but, this morning I broke out of the 160's. I fluctuate, but this is the lowest of the low. My activity level has tripled this last week, same meals as usual. Half a cup of Quinoa (with millet etc...), 100 g. of Rainbow Trout, 2 cups of Rainbow Cole slaw (broccoli based), fatfree vanilla yogurt, 15 almonds, 2 tablespoons granola. 1 cup of raw veggies and a light hummus dip.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.2 kg a Week
