my goal for the month inches closer... :) Pun not intended.. or, was it?
Didn't exercise last night except for weights. Rested the mild tendonitis from the weights for a night and that helped. Didn't bike, didn't do anything else. Fell into bed and out like a light.
Made burgers last night and indulged in 1. a bun for the burger and 2. woody's cookin' sauce. Salt and spices, but not much. Great leftovers for today, methinks.
