3 weeks. 9 pounds. My approach is working for me. Committed to staying below a set calorie limit each day. Checking calories before choosing what to eat. Incorporating more protein. Reducing sweets. Mindful food choices. Mindful eating. Logging all food. It's ok to have a cookie for dessert. It's ok that I don't exercise everyday yet. The desire to exercise more will come with better eating and will be a motivater as the weight starta to come off. It's a journey, not a destination.

I didnt start moving around more until I hit around 195lbs. I was looking at this short fence in my back yard (this is not a recommendation!) Anyways! I was looking at the goat fence and I was like, I can jump this thing! I knew it! I went for it at I cleared the fence by at least four inches! I then knew it was time to become more active. I started tracking my foot steps with a pedometer app on google play. I went from 1200 footsteps a day average to around 4000 average. Now that I mow lawns (that's my current workout. I push the mower now) I average around 6000 to 8000 footsteps a day and I weigh 180. Good will on your weight loss journey. Your body is already trying to tell you when. I think it is soon!
