My doctor suggested a goal weight 10 pounds higher than my goal weight here. I'm keeping my original goal and and plan on using the 10 pound difference as my "the last 10 pounds are the hardest" cushion :D

Miraculum... happy for the mutual support. There is no perfect weight or magic calculation, so why not have set a reasonable goal "range" and celebrate getting to a healthy range instead of kicking ourselves about those last 5-10 pounds of an arbitrary goal :) Thanks for sharing!
