I got a red arrow today. After recording weight so rarely I have not really had a red arrow before I think. It was the same weight though. Ended up with OMAD yesterday even though I try for 2MAD and a longer eating window as my normal maintenance approach. Had a very nice salmon.

Wonder why there would be an up arrow when your weight was the same. Oh, well, you've got a blue line, that's what really matters!

Thanks Fritzy. I may have to declare goal one of these days. LOL I was waiting to see if my weight had stabilized or was this bouncing higher.

Insane! (red arrow) That makes no sense. Maybe it was a rocket, for fireworks, for doing so well? (( I can spin anything!))

I like that. Rocket and fireworks for sure. There is a thin line between positivity and delusions I think.
