Part of my new self imposed pre-maintenance regiment to weigh daily (or just about) and record my weight. I am not a fan of the scale so this will be a bit of a struggle but I am reasoning that I will need to catch any slides upward and nip them in the bud when in maintenance so I am a daily weigher in training currently.
This was the same weight as yesterday 120.8 lbs or 54.8 kg
