Crazy three-pound weight drop today during OMAD and the Fasting Mimicking Diet. Woke at 227.6 and got to 224.6 by dinner time. Lowest weight in quite a few months.
101.9 kg Lost so far: 45.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
