2 eggs 144 cals, fat 3.2 gm, fiber zip, protein 12.6 gm
2 pcs of Sara Lee 45 cal, 1 gm fat, 5 gm fiber
scraping of butter ~15 cals?
banana, one- 105 cals, fat, 0.1, fiber 4 gm, protein 1.3 gm

Increased situps, back exercises, bike to 5 minutes. Not much, but more.

Managed to come to my senses about making homemade bread + homemade butter to go along with the blackberry jam my son's GF made. Also managed with great difficulty to avoid the blackberry pie. Yeesh.

I think I'd be fine with the blackberry pie, would be too sweet to eat more than 1 pc, and I didn't ask but I 'think' they took it to a friend's for their dessert. Thankfully.
64.7 kg Lost so far: 12.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
