Liv Lite's Journal, 24 Aug 19

Finally, close enough to 285.0! New goal weight, hooray! Had a strange allergic reaction, starting Monday night: welts, redness, swelling and itching head to toe! Was better next day but after I ate a sandwich, welts came back and horrendous itching that night. Been off bread since and on allergy meds - feel terrific today! Never had a reaction wheat/gluten before other than some bloating. I did eat greasy Chinese food & ice cream on Sunday (have had lactose intolerance reactions in past), so maybe that started a chain reaction? I have been eating cheese this week; seems okay or maybe time to taper off dairy, too? Comment below! Wishing you all a terrific weekend! :)

I once ate a sandwich and had itching, redness all over my body. I stopped eating gluten on a regular bases and i feel wonderful. I still do eat it, but give my body time to revocer so one day gluten, 2 days off gluten. Also i am nit lactose intolerant but i do drink lactose free milk, i feel its more digestible. I eat regular cheese and yogurt. I feel you should give your body time to rest from heavy foods or intolerance. Good luck

I had wheat reactions that lasted about year, twice in my life. Both times, I had to stay away from wheat as the rash would get unbearable. Both times were auto-immune issues triggered by stress.
