Key weigh in on Friday, stayed in the 170 Zone......Goal is to survive the weekend. The local Gym is having an Appreciation Party 🎈 tonight. Let’s hope they have plenty of healthy appetizers & dinner 🥘.


MAX lifting this week.....Just finished Deadlift Exercise & hit my PR. Both partners were pushing us! Felt good!! 🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️
