Had to make up for protein I lost while not well. Made approximately 4 oz of ground beef + onion + spices + 2% cheese, topped with salsa and that was perfect. Of course, began my day with Slim Fast and ended with the same. But, today received fresh eggs so I can swap one slim fast out and have one for meal/dessert.
65.4 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week
