A few water 💦 ounces in the body before bed as I weighed close to 174. I had six (6) cups of coffee yesterday & sure they were the major contributors.


Started the day with a High End HIIT Class:

EMOM - 3 Rounds (rotate after each exercise)
• MB GOSH #60lbs 8x
• HKU 25x (Hanging Knee UPs)
• Air Runner 100m
• Assault Bike 12Cals
• 12x Burpees
• :20secs/side Planks


Core Finish: 3 Rounds
• SB Planks :30secs
• FM Cable Pulls 8x/side
• 1-arm KB sit-ups 8x/side
• Dog Pointer 20x

TOTAL CALS 700!! 🥵🤢
76.6 kg Lost so far: 11.0 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
