Is this it? I've lost about 1 pound, maybe 3? The lowest the scale reads is 162 now, but it fluctuates throughout the day so I'll be safe. I've really been sticking to my diet the last 10 days, no treats, more fish. I've been using a scale to measure my meat, and it's shocking to see how small of a piece of chicken breast equals 3 oz. (per The Dash Diet). I picked up some psyllium fiber capsules today for my cholesterol, and some multivitamins. My treat was buying a couple of magazines that focus on health/plant based/mindfulness.
74.4 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The last 10 pounds seem to be the hardest to lose. Keep working on it. It’s hard to get over the plateau but if you keep at it ... it will happen. I know it can be frustrating, but don’t give up. Try adding an extra walk in each week, it might give your metabolism a boost.
