Fell off the wagon, big time... after an injury related to not stretching properly at the gym... then came the nice weather, then came plain old "get up and go, got up and went". So here I am, back. Although I wasn't at the gym, I was researching the JERF diet and have been doing relatively (just) ok with my eating habits. That being said, what hasn't gone so well is my wine habits. And two weeks of vacation. Although I was adhering to JERF fairly well for regular meals, snacking was a problem. With renewed intentions... here I am! :)
77.6 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
