Big dinner last night.
Corn on the cob (just one which is a feat by itself), but with butter, 1 tsp not bad. 4 oz of grilled chicken with sweet BBQ sauce. I managed to avoid potato salad or bratwurst. Then... dessert. OK so it was super low-fat banana cream pie but.. since no one wanted to finish it off (2 pcs) I did.
Some salt-related swelling but that will go away.
By the way... this is good... put cleaned corn in aluminum foil with healthy low-fat margarine + liberal tarragon (lavender works, too). While carb-intense it's a good source of fiber that has not a lot of nutritional value but does have the good fiber.
Yes. I was stuffed and brought it on myself.
