I wasn't really off track...Still averaging under 1700 cal/day. But I did hit the gym last night so I only missed 3 days. ;) And I got my egg beaters, cottage cheese, and tomatoes from the store- so yep- Back at it. 🤸🏻♂️🤸🏻♀️
